Dash and Rudy are fifth-graders at Euclid Elementary. Dash is a mathematician. Rudy is a standout track athlete, but she's also a mathematician (she just doesn't know it yet). When circumstances result in Dash moving next door to Rudy, they discover a common interest in mathematics, and a friendship blooms.
