Introducing Multimodal (Inter)action Analysis

A monograph that proposes a theoretical and methodological perspective on identity called multimodal interaction analysis (Norris 2004). It moves from discourse analysis to multimodal discourse analysis. It illustrates this perspective through an extended ethnographic study of two women living in Germany.
